Our commitment

We believe healthcare should be accessible to all. We are continually working to improve the experience for every visitor and to apply the relevant accessibility standards to our website.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological needs.

We consider our website to be substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Substantially conformant" means most of the site meets the standard, while we continue to monitor and improve areas that may not yet fully conform.

Measures we take

To support accessibility, our website is built with:

  • Color combinations tested to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios for text and interactive elements.
  • Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator on every link and button.
  • A "skip to main content" link and clear page landmarks for screen-reader users.
  • Meaningful text alternatives and labels, with decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
  • A logical heading structure and a responsive layout that adapts to phones, tablets, and desktops.
  • Support for reduced-motion preferences and adequately sized touch targets.

Known limitations

Some content on our website is provided by third-party tools — including our online scheduling and booking widget. While we choose partners with accessibility in mind, we do not control how these third-party features are built, and parts of them may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If you have any difficulty booking online, please contact us using the details below and we will gladly schedule your appointment for you by phone.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We review our website periodically and address issues as we become aware of them. Your feedback helps us improve for everyone, and we welcome it.
